Our heart is our talent, and we do everything possible to inspire the people that drive our company. This employee spotlight series will offer an inside look into the culture and community that make up PJ. Learn more, firsthand, from the people who have found a home here. Today we will learn more about Mary Klett, winner of the 2017 Customer Service MVP.
A few words from Adam Becker (Director, Inside Sales)
Mary has been with PJ for the better part of 4 years. She has held various roles while at PJ including: Inside Sales Rep, Inside Sales Lead and as of a year ago, Key Accounts Manager. The book of annual business Mary is in part responsible for is over $10 million dollars and comprised of 200 + accounts. Her ability to build relationships with our customers and efficiently navigate through all our systems, while also being an internal resource for questions from her peers, all make her an invaluable resource to PJ and our customers alike. Like the Rookie of the Year award, the MVP award was put up for vote within the team and while they were armed with some statistical data for each candidate (sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, inbound phone calls), the eventual winner would be best judged by his or her peers. The top 5 cumulative statistical leaders in those areas and candidates for the award included: Nate Miller, Les Wilkinson, Pat Brown, Austin Barlow and Mary Klett. By popular vote, Mary was selected as this year's Customer Service MVP! Congrats, Mary and to all the awesome candidates pictured above!
