Today we will learn more about Victor Martinez, Jason Fox, and Ish Chavez, winners of the most recent Service MVP award.
A few words from Andy Stehl (Director of Service)
“The bone crusher”, “what does the fox say” & “I know a guy, Ish.”
What can I say about this wrecking crew? Combined they have over 27 years of experience at PJ in our ever-complicated LA market. They have seen many changes and have helped PJ move into the spot repair and equipment repair marketplace. In doing so, they solved a big pain point for two of PJ's equipment customers Xtreme MFG and Ahern Equipment.
They found a way to shift focus from our traditional complete overhauls to providing quality and timely repair options to solve the customers never ending need for axle and transmission repairs. In working through this they helped PJ provide support to this marketplace company wide and during that time Ahern became one of our biggest service customers.
At the start of 2018 we had another challenge for these three to tackle. We reset the shop in SFS bringing in new regional support, service management and more tech capacity to dive deeper into equipment repair. In true SFS fashion they responded to the challenge and they continue to carve out opportunities and support to the LA market. With Jason, Victor and Ish, we have the opportunity to build around this core group of talented individuals to dominate the West Coast.

What is your favorite part about working for PJ? Being able to work with great personnel in Santa fe Springs and Nationwide. Along with having the availability to be flexible and take care of customer's needs.
