Palmer Johnson Promotes Natalie Lonergan to HR Manager
Palmer Johnson is pleased to announce the promotion of Natalie Lonergan to Human Resources Manager. The HR team supports Palmer Johnson’s employee population of 160+ throughout all 9 locations in our recruiting, benefits, employee engagement, and training & development strategies.
We recently announced the addition of two new ventures with Hamilton Engine Sales and Trident Engineered Solutions in 2020. Natalie will be the HR lead on both new entities while still providing leadership and guidance at the Palmer Johnson Power Systems level.
Since joining our team in August of 2016, as our HR Generalist, Natalie has been a direct reflection of PJ’s Core Values: We Care About Each Other & We Give Back. Over the last 3 years, Natalie has assisted in the transition of our benefits solutions, been part of two successful acquisition integrations, has lead our technician recruiting strategy resulting in top talent hires, and become the central point of contact for all that is HR for the PJ Team.
Natalie was PJ’s Community Service Award recipient in 2019. She is one of the founding members of the Associate Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County and has dedicated numerous hours to creating a successful launch of their new Sun Prairie Club.
I am excited for Trident Engineered Solutions and Hamilton Engine’s HR initiatives to grow under Natalie’s leadership while Palmer Johnson continues to build off the dynamic and family oriented culture she helps to create each day.
