We now maintain our entire customer experience phone calls, emails, quotes and orders within this system. We have a dedicated in-house technology team located at our Madison, WI Headquarters. Additionally, our new e-commerce store built natively on the same platform will provide a heightened buying experience for the demanding off-highway market.

We have built one of the largest full-service independent Service Networks in North America. We have factory trained technicians with custom built tooling and engine test-stands at all locations. We understand that down-time costs money and have 24/7 field service coverage. We concentrate on fast-turnarounds with in-stock reman units that can be shipped and only use genuine OEM supplied parts. In addition, our 10 Palmer Johnson owned service locations service the entire piece of equipment. We offer Equipment Reconditioning at most of our locations and have a full Equipment Reconditioning Center in Sun Prairie, WI.
